Policy - Apartment Rental Italy

We are not able to accommodate pets and there is no smoking in the apartment.

The apartment is not suitable for the disabled unless they can manage steps, as there are steps down to the house and three steps in the apartment up the bedrooms.

We require a non refundable deposit of UK £50 / US $75 with the reservation to hold the dates.  A deposit of UK £100 / US $160 will also be charged at time of payment, for breakages, (which will be refunded on departure day).

Payment in full two weeks before arrival.

No refund of deposit after this date.
