Rates for Accommodation House in Abruzzi Italy
Included in the rate is a Welcome Basket supplied with bread, butter, cheese, eggs, milk and of course, a bottle of Abruzzi wine. The kitchen comes equipped with the essentials; tea, coffee, olive oil and condiments.
Rates
Rate are inclusive of linens for all beds and are changed once a week to preserve water.
- Weekly Rate (2 people): €300 per week
- Additional person €15
- Nightly: €75 per night.
There is additional charge of €5 per 15 kilo bag – usually only needed in the winter months.
Special rates are available for longer stay if required.
Deposits & Down Payments
Please read our Policies.
We require a non refundable deposit of €100 with the reservation to hold the dates. A deposit of UK £100 / US $160 will also be charged at time of payment, for breakages, (which will be refunded on departure day).
Payment in full two weeks before arrival.
No refund of deposit after this date.
