The apartment is located with easy access on the ground floor of an old stone house overlooking the Val di Sangro at Guarenna Vecchia, Abruzzo Italy. Perfect for your family vacations in Italy!
A family home, it has its own entrance for privacy and a spacious patio for lazy evenings watching the sun go down over the rolling hills.
There are two bedrooms; one large double bedroom with king size bed and one smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds and day bed – which can be made up as a small single. If you have small children we can also supply a baby cot.
The sitting room is perfect for a family vacation in Italy, with large sofa, satellite TV, movies and a working fireplace. It is warm relaxing area to sit after a fun day exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, small freezer, coffee maker, toaster, oven/hob (cook-top), and a washing machine in a separate utility area.
If the evenings are cool a pellet stove in the kitchen quickly warms the whole apartment. The bathroom is a spacious modern wet room with a tiled shower.
In the evenings sit out on the flower filled patio, overlooking the olive grove and watch the twinkling lights of the small towns and villages across the valley
If you like to BBQ and party on the patio, wood and charcoal are provided for your use.
